Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may wish to return products you have bought from us.

If you change your mind:

If you would like to return a product you have bought from us because you have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• We ask that you look after the product whilst it's in your possession and that when you return the product to us it is in the original packaging.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, you may arrange your own courier or we can arrange one for you.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of the goods being received by us.

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty:

If any of our products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
